“Resistance is Futile”, the Borg Robert Mueller

Straight from the Bizarro World through the other side of the looking glass

I’ve not been able to publish many articles recently, I’ve spent most of the month preparing for my participation in a conference denominated the Twelfth Forum on Contemporary Legal Tendencies, my presentation involving “Constitutional Control and Review: A Comparative Analysis Focused on the Republics of Colombia and the United States of America”. But that doesn’t mean I’ve not kept up with what passes for news in the United States and the attempts to clarify it and render it a bit more honest and hence useful through the alternative media. Today, I feel forced to interrupt my brief sojourn into the theoretical and address the latest contributions from our bizarro world as seen through the looking glass.

So, Mueller, moves. The kangaroos are clapping, happy to be in the mix anew.

The “Special Prosecutor” has indicted two individuals for engaging in activities on behalf of the formerly legitimate government of the Ukraine (there is no longer a legitimate Ukrainian government, thanks to our coup) in coordination with leading Clinton Democrats who were somehow not indicted, and a third young fellow who pled guilty to lying to the FBI about meetings with a Russian professor who had dirt on Hillary Clinton, meetings that did not culminate in acquiring any dirt, while the same week it turns out leading Clinton-Obama Democrats paid for the Dirty Trump Dossier based on information purportedly obtained from the Russians and used by the Obama administration to obtain warrants to spy on Trump campaign officials during the presidential election (and, of course, to try to affect the election’s results); actions involving, in addition to the foregoing, obviously false testimony to Congress, to federal investigators and false filings of financial reports with the Federal Electoral Commission. As shocking is that in addition to payments by the Clinton campaign and the DNC, the former president himself arranged, through an organization he founded, to chip in his fair share, almost a million dollars.

But the “shocking” news hysterically touted in the mainstream media involves the Mueller indictments, perhaps because of the creative novelty of their underlying theories or the financial filth as usual nature of matters utterly unrelated to the “Special” Counsel’s purported mission. Not to worry, apparently anything the Obama-Clinton team does is just fine. The indictments issued by the “special counsel” make clear that no matter who wins our fake elections, our masters will not change and notwithstanding how clear the facts, will protect and promote their own.

The real left, real progressives, need to make clear that the real dirty politics is played by the Clinton-Obama-DNC-MSM-intelligence agencies and now, apparently, “Justice” Department team, and that the Trump team is, by comparison, comprised of naïve amateurs who somehow felt it was legal to seek and discover evidence of unethical and even potentially criminal activity involving the Clintons, but which is somehow against the law.

The real left, real progressives, need to make clear that all of the foregoing is irrelevant to the real issue, that being that both major parties reflect policies that not only do not benefit the public, American and worldwide, but that do us great harm; that all of the foregoing is a mere distraction orchestrated by the worst of the worst in order to permit them to perpetuate their power; an insult to our intelligence, judgment and good will.

The real left, real progressives, need to establish, promote and help coordinate a political revolution that rejects and replaces the Republican and Democratic parties and their leaders as well as their stooges with decent people capable of engaging in civil discourse and arriving at decisions that implement policies that will really lead to the general welfare, equity, justice, and perhaps, even peace.

Of course, we need to do that, not only against the permanent tsunami orchestrated by a malignant mainstream media, but more and more, without the Internet infrastructure so many of us counted on as an alternative source of information, a direct source not subject to the flood of manipulative and distortive propaganda that our traditional sources of information have become, an infrastructure that this week saw itself fractured as algorithms and suspensions are blatantly unveiled letting us know that only creative collaboration with the powers that be will be tolerated in the future.

Yesterday had the feel of Germany in 1933, of the Soviet Union in the 1930’s, of the United States in 1859, but then again, that chill has been in the air all year. The outside world looks on amused and hopeful, perhaps if we manage to destroy ourselves internally, without nuclear war, things will improve for everyone else. After all, didn’t the Sleeping Prophet, Edgar Cayce, predict that the United States, rather than ever being conquered would be destroyed from within? How far into the sphere of the insane have we ventured when mysticism seems the answer, when we are left in the czarina’s asylum spellbound by our own Rasputins?

The mainstream media, Clinton-Obama Democrats, the oxymoronic intelligence community and now the oxymoronic Justice Department have crafted what they hope will prove to be a fact-free black hole into the gravity well of which we’ll be inextricably drawn. Faux historians are hard at work continuing work on their faux historical missives. Watch it as it’s being writ, we are witness to it and based on our present experience we can judge how unlikely it is that the history we’ve been taught is true.

I can feel the pull, can’t you?

Will we somehow be able to resist?
